This Site is owned and controlled by CRE Venture Capital, Inc. (“CRE” or “we” or “us” or “our”). We may update these Terms from time to time and any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting unless we indicate otherwise. By using the Site after any changes to the Terms have been posted, you are agreeing to the most recent version of these Terms. We suggest that you review these Terms periodically for changes. If you find these Terms unacceptable at any time, you may discontinue your use of this Site.

Site Content

Ownership

Except as otherwise noted on the Site, all content and material on the Site, including without limitation, all information, photos, podcasts, blog posts, videos, graphics/charts, icons, code, design, services, functions, and overall appearance (collectively, the “Site Content”) is the property of CRE and may not be used, modified, or reproduced without our prior written consent. All copyrights, trade names, and logos displayed on the Site are the property of CRE, its affiliates, or their respective third-party owners, and the Site grants no license to them. Site Content may change from time to time. We do not guarantee that Site Content is accurate, timely, or has been recently updated.

Securities

CRE is an investment adviser registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). The Site is intended solely to provide general information about CRE, its services to entrepreneurs, and its people. No Site Content is directed at nor should it be relied upon by any investors or prospective investors in any vehicle managed by CRE. CRE does not intend to solicit or make its investment advisory services available to the general public.

You and CRE agree that these Terms are the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding between you and CRE and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof. These Terms are governed by and will be construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to the conflicts of laws provisions thereof. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. These Terms are binding on you as well as your successors and permitted assigns. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated, to the minimum extent necessary, so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
